  • 2 ½ cups of wheat flour (300 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of chemical yeast (15 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of cinnamon powder (15 g)
  • 4 tablespoons of honey (100 g)
  • ½ cup brown sugar (100 g)
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1 cup of chopped walnuts (150 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of butter (60 g)
  • 1 cup of milk (250 ml)
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons of honey (extra) (50 g)

Preparation

  1. First, preheat the oven to 180°C. The heat should be even for this cooking.
  2. Then, with a little butter, spread it over a refractory mold and keep it reserved to use when you finish preparing the dough.
  3. Now, in a small pot, you will introduce the following ingredients: milk, butter and honey. Leave them hot without boiling. Reserve.
  4. Afterwards, sift the wheat flour, cinnamon and chemical yeast. Gradually add sugar and chopped walnuts.
  5. At the same time, in another bowl, mash the ripe bananas and beat the eggs. Then add the butter, milk and honey mixture. Shake well.
  6. With the help of a wooden spoon, add the necessary thickness to the banana, honey and cinnamon cake. Make sure there are no lumps.
  7. Afterwards, pass the mixture to the mold and bake for 45 minutes.
  8. Just after 30 minutes you notice that the cake has a golden surface, you can cover it with aluminum foil to avoid burning it.
