• Soap or detergent  that you use regularly to do your washing. Of course, you will only need half the dose you normally use.

How is it used in the washing machine?

• Put the clothes in the machine.
• In the soap compartment, put half the dose.
• In this same compartment, add the sodium percarbonate  (1 tablespoon).
• Then, in the bleach compartment, put the ammonia (half a glass).

• In place of the fabric softener, add the vinegar to fill the container.
• Put the washing machine in the gentle wash programme.
• Set it to 40 °C,  as this is the minimum temperature for the percarbonate to act.
• Finally, turn on the washing machine.

How is it used for hand washing?

• First, heat the water to 40 °C.
• Add detergent or soap and mix well until completely dissolved.
• Then add the sodium percarbonate  (1 tablespoon) and mix.
• Then add the clothes and soak well with the mixture.
• Soak for 1 hour.
• Then wash and rinse as usual.
• Finally, pour clean water with 1 cup of vinegar.

• Insert the clothes.
• Finally,  rinse.
