  • Leave on for 30 minutes while gently massaging the scalp.
  • Finally, rinse with plenty of warm water and wash your hair as usual.

  • 3 scoops of coconut milk (30 ml)
  • 2 scoops of mayonnaise (60 g)
  • ½ banana
  • 1 spoon of honey (25 g)
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil (16 g)

  • Mix all ingredients in a blender.
  • Apply to hair from root to tip.
  • Finally, let it act for 1 hour and rinse with plenty of water.

5. Unflavored gelatin mask

  • ½ pack of gelatin (7 g)
  • 1 bottle of shampoo (350 ml)

Method of preparation

  • Thoroughly mix the shampoo with the gelatin.
  • Use this mixture 2 or 3 times a month, and wash your hair normally.

Some considerations about protein-rich hair masks for hair

  • Although the application of these masks is of great help, their prolonged use is not indicated for natural or dye-free hair.
  • After all, if we overuse it, our hair can become brittle, stiff and dehydrated.
  • The ideal is to limit the application to 5 times a month, to obtain the best results without saturating your hair fibers.
