  • 1 low-fat yogurt of your favorite flavor
  • 1 cup (150 g) of wheat bran
  • ½ tablespoon of sunflower oil (7 g)
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ yeast envelope (8 g)
  • 3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (30 ml)
  • 7 ½ tablespoons of brewer’s yeast (75 g)
  • Lemon zest (to taste)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 180 ºC.
  • Beat the eggs.
  • Add brewer’s yeast and oil.
  • Add sweetener, lemon zest and yogurt.
  • Mix everything well.
  • Put a little oil on the bottom and edges of the pan.
  • Place the mixture in the oven for about 40 minutes at 180ºC.

2. Cheesecake with strawberries

Strawberries are ideal for making light sweets  For one thing, they  are very low in calories. On the other hand, they are very useful to fight cholesterol thanks to the presence of ascorbic acid, lecithin and pectin.

This makes them the ideal addition to any healthy diet.

  • ½ cup of cream cheese 0% fat (100 g)
  • 1 cup of yogurt (200 g)

  • ½ cup skim milk (125 ml)

  • 3 tablespoons of liquid sweetener (30 ml)
  • Strawberries (to taste)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200 ºC.
  • Mix cheese, yogurt and milk in an oven-safe container.
  • Add starch and sweetener.
  • Place the pie in the oven for 30 minutes.
  • Cut the strawberries.
  • Remove the pie from the oven and cover with the fruit.
  • Put it to cool in the fridge until it’s time to serve.

3.   Blueberry Muffins

In addition, we’ll add the spongy texture so characteristic of  muffins.

While this is an option not to be abused, it is perfect  when we feel we deserve a reward.

Ingredients

  • Half a cup of wheat flour (100 g)
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder (5 g)
  • Lemon zest (to taste)
  • Blueberries (to taste)
  • ½ cup sunflower oil (100 g)
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon of honey (25 g)

Preparation

  • Preheat oven to 200 ºC.
  • Cut the blueberries into very small pieces.
  • In a large bowl, combine the sweetener and oil.
  • Add eggs one by one and continue beating.
  • When you have a smooth mixture, add the honey, lemon zest and blueberries.
  • Sift the flour and yeast to add them to the preparation.
  • Work the mixture until you get a good dough.
  • Grease the muffin molds.
  • pour the batter into the slugs
  • Keep for 30 minutes in the oven.

It is desirable to include these light candy recipes in our diet at least once every two weeks.
